PRODUCER: Sabrina Hemi, Tom Tykwer and Ginger Wilson.   DIRECTOR: David Tosh.   LOCATION: Kenya.   GENRE: Drama         The compelling and intense drama "Nairobi Half Life" examines the terrible reality of living in Kenya's capital city. A lot of slapstick humor, satire, and wit are present in Uys' direction and screenplay, which are both excellent. A great reflection on the perils of globalization and the effects of western materialism on traditional communities can be fou...
